Warranty

YHD recognizes the manufacturer's warranty as is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other representations or obligations, including liability for indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. This limitation of warranty and liability supersedes all prior representations or warranties of any kind. Warranty products must be returned in original package/box in order to meet the warranty requirement.

Damages/ Shortages

Upon inspection of your order and packing slip, if there are any inconsistencies or damage in your order. Contact YHD Customer Service to file claims, we will require images, invoice number, and other relevant details in writing. All visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery, and the claim must be reported with Customer Service immediately upon receiving the delivery. Please remember that we will not be able to file any warranty claim if the product has been used and has resultant in damage.

Return Policy

If YHD made an error, Customer Service will authorize a return of product to our warehouse. We will arrange to have the return product picked up by YHD personal. Instructions for the return of product will be e-mailed or faxed to you so we can process the claim seamlessly. The Product must be returned within 10 business days to YHD or the return authorization will be cancelled.

If a return is due to circumstances beyond YHD’s control (i.e. customer ordered the wrong item or quantity), this return will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization and then contact UPS, FedEx, or a common carrier to arrange for the return. Freight charges and a 15% restocking fee will applied on return products that are in original packaging/condition.

YHD will accept returns of any resalable products purchased from us within 60 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization. Before the credit is issued an inspection of the returned products will be made and the following conditions must apply:

  1. The product(s) in its original packaging
  2. The product(s) not have price stickers attached
  3. The product(s) not have any prices or codes handwritten on them
  4. The product(s) packaging must not be damaged
  5. The product(s) not be damaged
  6. The product(s) included with return goods authorization form
